Winter Camp

Dear Parents,

Winter Camp will soon be here. Although the school will be closed, daycare will be available to our full time Preschool students and to our students registered in after care K-5 through 9th grade. Camp will be held at the Ashburn Campus, we apologize to our Sterling Campus parents for the inconvenience that this might cause.
To assist us in our planning for staffing, please take a moment to fill out the registration form and submit to the school office with payment no later than Monday, November 30th.
Registrations received after the due date (November 30th) will not be accepted.

Hours of operation: 7:00am to 6:00pm
K- 2 through K- 4: $135.00 per week
K- 5 through 9th grade: $145.00 per week

Your child’s daily needs during winter camp
Bag lunch (no peanut products please) 2 snacks, and beverage
Diapers, baby wipes (K-2 only)
1 small box of hand wipes
1 small box of tissue
Blanket and pillow for nap time (k-2 through K-4 only)
Labeled change of clothes (k-2 through K-4 only)
Breakfast will not be available during winter camp.
Please do not forget to label all your child’s belongings.

Field Trips for both weeks K-5 through 9th grade only
Monday Chucky-E-Cheese depart 12:30 back around 2:30
Tuesday Sports Bounce depart 12:30 back around 2:30
Wednesday Regal Theater pending on movie play time
