Dear Parents,
Spring Break is almost here!
Although school will be closed, daycare will be available from April 5th through April 9th to our full time preschool students K- 2 through K- 4 and to all K-5 through 9th grade students.
Spring Break will be held at the Ashburn Campus, we apologize to our Sterling Campus parents for the inconvenience that this might cause.
To assist us in our planning for staffing, please take a moment to fill out the registration form and submit to the school office, no later than March 19th Payment must be attached to the registration form to make this enrollment valid.
Registrations received after the due date (March 19th) will not be accepted NO exceptions.
Program Fee: Spring Camp rates remain the same as last year.
$195.00 K-2 through K- 4
$205.00 K-5 through 9th grade
Camp tuition is nonrefundable and nontransferable, no exceptions.
Your child’s daily needs during Spring Camp
Bag lunch 2 snacks (no peanut products please)
Diapers, baby wipes (K-2 only)
1 small box of hand wipes
1 small box of tissue
Blanket and pillow for nap time (k-2 through K-4 only)
Labeled change of clothes (k-2 through K-4 only)
Please do not forget to label all your child’s belongings
Breakfast will not be available during this week
Field Trips K-5 through 9th grade only
Monday Chucky-E-Cheese depart 12:30 back around 2:30
Tuesday Bowling depart 12:30 back around 2:30
Wednesday Regal Movies 12:30? pending on movie and play time
Thursday Sports Bounce depart 12:30 back around 2:30
Friday Briar Patch Park depart 10:30 back around 12:30
Field trips are weather permitting, and subject to change / cancel with out further notice
We pay for all field trips please do not send money with your child; staff will not be responsible for any lost items.
